Why Maryland Rental Management, LLC?:
There are many good tenants and many tough tenants out there.  The trick is to find the right one.  
I will be as tough as you want in finding the best tenant possible.  I regularly do credit checks and
background checks in finding good tenants.  I advertise in all the right places including online on
my own website, on many other websites, in community stores, and through my connections via
word of mouth.  Once the right tenant is found, there are several things they must do before
moving in that gives us further security.  Finally, I will sign a quality lease with them.  
This can be one of the most difficult tasks of the entire process.  Not only will I collect the base
rent, I will bill and collect for water bills, gas and electric bills, and city fines if necessary.  
When a tenant fails to pay the rent, I will file paperwork with the local jurisdiction to start eviction
proceedings.  When the time comes, I will meet the Sheriff at the property for the eviction.  If
necessary, when a tenant still owes money after the tenancy, the amount due can be placed on
their credit.
